Weiss Nusraty

Regional Counsel - Middle East, Türkiye, Africa and Central Asia

Weiss Nusraty is Boeing’s Regional Counsel for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central Asia.  In this role, Weiss advises and counsels Boeing’s senior leadership and oversees all legal matters across the region.  He also supports a number of country-specific initiatives, including offset projects, sales and marketing campaigns, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial and defense-related programs.

Weiss joined Boeing in April 2021 as Senior Counsel for Cyber and Technology, where he advised the company on wide range of cyber, privacy, and security matters. Prior to joining Boeing, Weiss was in private practice at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. He previously served as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and, before that, as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.

Born and raised in Maryland, Weiss is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and he received a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School.
